Omnis Fitness intentionally focuses on members from marginalized communities whose experiences make it difficult to connect to their body. Movement requires listening and adjusting to the signals our bodies send, and it’s possible to learn when we can push ourselves a little further or when rest is the best option for sustainable exercise.

We’ll collaborate on a plan that works best for you, and you are in complete control of the pace, difficulty, and what exercises you’d like to focus on. All you have to do is show up.
